OEC IN
Odebrecht’s institutional innovation program, OEC IN, aims to develop solutions for challenges faced on the company’s construction sites and in its offices. It is structured around four pillars: fostering an internal culture focused on mobilization and engagement; connecting Odebrecht to the open innovation ecosystem; providing technical support in processes of technological updating, knowledge management, and digital transformation; and positioning the company as a leader that promotes and integrates innovation within its sector.
In addition to encouraging teams to seek new methodologies, technologies, materials, and processes, the program ensures the preservation and dissemination of this knowledge, expanding its application across construction sites.
OEC IN facilitates the development of innovative solutions and challenges for identified opportunities. Whenever an opportunity is identified, Working Groups (GTs) are formed—temporary structures that organize spontaneously, inspired by the concept of “agile tables.” These are small multidisciplinary teams composed of individuals with diverse skills, collaborative work, and shared goals.
