NSI promotes team integration meeting
DATE: 12/07/2023
The Our Integrated Services (NSI) team, one of the core actions of the Integra Project, met last Friday (24) at the OEC headquarters in São Paulo for an alignment meeting between its Members. In addition to the area’s internal leaders, the event was attended by Directors Lucas Cive (Finance and IT) and Ludmila Lavigne (People and Planning), who discussed the importance of the initiative for the company’s new moment.
According to Cive, the company is going through a very important period of restructuring and preparation for a new cycle of growth. “Part of the basis for this growth is the creation of the NSI. The efficiency and effectiveness of this action is and will be of great importance to our business. We participate in an increasingly competitive market and NSI brings us the possibility of optimizing processes and procedures. We are very confident in this initiative,” he says.
For Ludmila, the idea of the Integra project at this time for the Group was very well thought out and is an important step in this process of resuming growth. “The commitment of the entire NSI team has made a big difference. We know that the challenges are great and we will count on everyone in this process. Every moment of change brings opportunities for learning and growth and the NSI will play a fundamental role in this,” he says.
Since June 2022, the Integra Project has been developed and implemented at the Novonor Group. The NSI, an enhancement of the former CSC (Shared Services Center), was created with the aim of establishing a network of solutions to promote greater operational efficiency, agility and gains in scale for all the companies involved. This is the Group’s new integrated services model, which until then had been carried out by other structures, and which will be centralized in the OEC, providing services also to the Novonor holding company, as well as the NPI and Horiens companies.
