Novonor secures ISO 37001 certificate

In September, Novonor was awarded the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems certificate, which reaffirms its commitment to ethical, honest and transparent conduct. The seal, awarded in 2021, highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to these values, which are rooted in its corporate culture.

Novonor’s Compliance System, which covers several of the Group’s subsidiaries, has been carefully designed to comply with the main national and international guidelines. This includes regulations established by Brazilian law, the US Department of Justice, OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), the World Bank and the ISO 37001 standard for Anti-Bribery Management Systems, among others. The system was evaluated in an external audit on August 17 and 18, with the recommendation that certification be maintained.
