Mauro Figueira is Reappointed as Coordinator of Abrapp’s Ethics Committee

The CEO of Vexty, Mauro Figueira, has been reappointed as the coordinator of Abrapp’s Ethics Committee – the Brazilian Association of Closed Supplementary Pension Entities for the 2025-2027 term. The appointment was announced by the Association’s Deliberative Council at the first meeting of the board, held on January 21.

The choice represents recognition of the important work carried out by the Committee in its last term and consolidates Vexty’s contribution to the evolution of ethical, integral, and transparent practices in the closed supplementary pension sector.

“Abrapp’s Ethics Committee plays a relevant role in strengthening ethical practices in the sector, an essential pillar for the security and sustainable growth of the supplementary pension segment. We will continue our commitment to work towards strengthening this agenda, with actions focused on training, prevention, and support for the various members of the Abrapp System,” said Mauro. “I thank the Deliberative Council for their trust and congratulate the members of the Ethics Committee for the 2025-2027 term,” he added.

Mauro will lead the actions of the Ethics Committee alongside the other appointed members: Armando Quintão Bello de Oliveira (Prevcom-MG), Carlos Frederico Rangel de Carvalho Silva (Fapes), Sandro Grando (BB Previdência), Pedro Paulo Cunha (Eletros), Fernando Pimentel (Fund. Atlântico), and Erica Palma (OABPrev-SP).
