During Volunteering Month, the episode looked at initiatives promoted by the Foundation

According to the Volunteering in Brazil 2021 survey conducted by the Institute for Social Investment Development (IDIS), 56% of the Brazilian adult population states that they engage in or have previously participated in some form of voluntary activity. And to discuss the significance of dedicating time and skills to assist others, particularly during August, the Month of Volunteering, the podcast “Diálogos de Impacto” releases its third episode – which you can listen to here.

In the episode, Adelcio Menezes, Partnerships coordinator at the Norberto Odebrecht Foundation (FNO), discusses the importance of volunteering to support social impact; the role of companies in promoting this habit and how the Foundation works to promote volunteering in its initiatives. The chat also features testimonies from volunteers who have worked on programs carried out by the FNO with OEC, OR and Ocyan, companies in the Novonor Group. Check it out!
