Leadership Development Program

Braskem’s Leadership Development Program is an initiative planned throughout 2024 as part of the strategy to strengthen Our Culture, reaffirming our commitment to the transformative role of educational leadership.

Having engaged and well-prepared leaders to face business challenges is essential to drive Braskem’s transformation journey and make the company increasingly effective and competitive. That’s why, with great enthusiasm, the company announces the realization of the program as a strategic initiative focused on this goal, reinforcing the importance of investing in people, who play a central role in building the company’s future.

Developed in partnership with ISE Business School, the program took place from September 8 to 10 in São Paulo. Targeted at managers, the PDL was structured around a practical methodology, including case studies, negotiation simulations, and debates. It had the active participation from the LN, VPs, and Directors, addressing strategic topics such as courage in decision-making, business transformation, and planned delegation.

For this year’s procedure, each SAM region directorate nominated one representative to participate. The selection of managers was based on criteria that ensured representativeness and balance between Support and Line areas.
