On June 1st, Integra started, a project that will provide greater integration, agility, efficiency, and process security inside Novonor Group, aiming at to resume business growth and reach 2030 Vision, that is, to be current and new customers’ choice.
The work covers the holding company and all its subsidiaries, except for Braskem and Ocyan. Integra was conceived and will be developed with the direct participation of Business Leaders, and is being implemented with the support of the consulting firm Accenture. The focus is on strengthening and optimizing the support structures to generate results with quality and low cost, which is fundamental for the Group’s sustainability.
Project Integra is aligned with Our Culture values, preserving the leader’s undeniable responsibility for the Entrepreneurship of his or her business, and will be developed in phases. The first phase, which has already started, will last 11 weeks, and consists of a current situation diagnosis, with the identification of improvements to be implemented. Next, the implementation phase of the identified improvements will begin. Integra’s completion is scheduled for early 2023.

I will keep all members informed about the development of work and its results,” said Héctor Núñez, CEO of Novonor S.A., in the first communication sent to the entire Group on June 1st.
