Impact Mentoring at OR

Last Tuesday (21), The 1st edition of the internal Impact Mentoring program at OR has ended. Thinking about building the future, in 2022 OR launched the program aiming at to accelerate the development of the company’s young people by sharing knowledge with more experienced members.

The Impact Mentorship lasted 3 months and consisted of 13 pairs and 1 trio who attended individual mentoring meetings. The methodology used was the sharing of experiences, professional development of the mentoree, the identification of improvement points, reflection on career and purpose, and the application of an action plan with clear goals.
