IIRSA Sur receives recognition for its commitment to gender equity

Concesionaria IIRSA Sur has been awarded third place in the Gender Equity Best Practices Contest organized by the Supervisory Body for Investment in Public Transportation Infrastructure (OSITRAN). This achievement was attained thanks to its Inclusive Talent: Attraction and Equity initiative, a program that reinforces the company’s commitment to equal opportunities and the construction of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
The Inclusive Talent: Attraction and Equity initiative focuses on reducing gender gaps within the organization through specific strategies, such as attracting female talent and promoting inclusive leadership. Among its main results, the following stand out:
– 25% increase in the participation of women in key positions in the last two years.
– Training of male and female employees in gender equity, leadership and respect in the work environment.
– Implementation of equality policies that have impacted 100% of the company’s recruitment processes.
