Encontro OR exceeds expectations and already reaches 426 properties sold

On Saturday, June 9, OR organized the sixth edition of its sales event Encontro OR. The event mobilized OR teams in 10 cities to sell units from 27 projects at special conditions. Some 300 people were served by OR sales representatives during the event.

The sales efforts made at Encontro OR, which was held in the cities of São Paulo, Santos, Santo André and Campinas (SP), Belo Horizonte (MG), Brasília (DF), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Salvador and Sauípe-Mata de São João (BA) and Reserva do Paiva (Recife Metro Area-PE), should continue to generate results through the end of the month. However, the initial expectations already have been surpassed, with 426 units sold for an aggregate R$122.4 million.

“During this Encontro OR, once again I could see our customers recognizing the delivery standards for which OR is known. It is rewarding to be a part of this cycle. In the product development phase, we try to envisage our customers’ dreams and, today, we could see their dreams coming true,” said Aline Torti, from the Development team in São Paulo.

“With a strong focus on the customer and seeking to surpass our targets, we managed to hold an excellent event. I want to congratulate the entire team and to highlight the synergy among the Development, Construction and Financing teams, which was a critical factor of our excellent results,” concluded Bernardo Cunha, from the Development team in Rio de Janeiro.
