Dear member,

Throughout the second half of this year, we added to our daily responsibilities the challenge of defining the Purpose and building our Group’s Vision for 2030.

At the beginning of December, this work, developed with the participation of all our members, in an interactive way, was concluded, as the expression of all our perceptions, feelings, intentions and dreams.

On 12/18/20, at the 2020 Annual Meeting, I presented a summary of the final proposal, which full text I am sending to you – click here.

The 2030 Purpose and Vision express what we collectively want for the future of our Group and the commitments we take regarding the society on this journey.

In 2020, after more than 75 years of history, we adopted a new name and brand to identify ourselves – Novonor. We have obtained Governance and Compliance System certification from the Independent Monitor appointed by the U.S. Department of Justice. Our Court-Supervised Reorganization Plan was approved by over 90% of the creditors, in a clear demonstration of trust in the business continuity.

Soon, Novonor, the group’s holding company, will have a new headquarters.

These are not isolated facts, on the contrary, they are intimately related because they demonstrate, in practice, the transformation we have gone through, which is the fundamental factor for us to remain firm and cohesive, united by the bonds of the same culture, in a safe journey towards Survival, Growth and Perpetuity.
