    Diversity and inclusion are a value of Our Culture. In Novonor Group, we think and act in a coordinate and integrate manner. The plurality of viewpoints along with knowledge enhance our strength, improve our dedication and impact the results.?

    In June, the diversity and LGBTQIA+ pride month, different actions were carried out in our environments to reinforce our commitment to welcome and respect the individual differences.

    OEC

    OEC reinforced its position of welcoming and respecting LGBTQIA+ people. Together with the members, it remembered important concepts about gender identity, which are present in its Diversity & Inclusion Policy, and shared tips on profiles of influencers that talk about the theme.

     


    OR

    To celebrate the international LGBTQIA+ pride day, OR promoted a live broadcast with Arthur Bugre, a trans mentor and lecturer that shared experiences and stories that stimulate a deep reflection on the acceptance and inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ community.
    The launch of the 1st OR Diversity and Inclusion Census was held as well, which aims to comprehend the demographics as to the diversity inside the company and, therefore, to promote more strategies for inclusion in the workplace.

    Ocyan

    On June 28, Ocyan reinforced its commitment with respect for the LGBTQIA+ population and remembered initiatives carried out throughout the year: support to Feira Diversa, which promotes job opportunities for the LGBTQIA+ population, organization of a chat with the Ocyan’s Communication Manager and leader of the LGBTQIA+ affinity group, André Luiz Barros, about his life and career, and, finally, the promotion of a conversation circle on “masculinities”, conducted by MEMOH consultancy.

    Ocyan appear among the 5 companies with the best practices of Diversity and Inclusion of the Energy industry, according to the survey results from Ethos/Época.

    Horiens

    Horiens explained the origin and meaning of the flag, remembered that Brazil is the country that most kills LGBTQIA+ people in the world, and highlighted important advances about the theme throughout the years, despite all difficulties.
