Caminho das Árvores area gets an OR residential with the highest tower in the capital of Bahia
DATE: 04/13/2023
Caminho das Árvores, an upscale district in the capital of Bahia, shall receive a high-end development with four luxury suites: the Legacy. The residential project is a landmark for OR, as the property shall be built on the land where the Odebrecht family used to live, a place where past, present and future converge in the conception of a unique project.
The choice of the neighborhood for the construction of the development has a very strong connection with the history of the Novonor group, which was responsible for creating Caminho das Árvores in the 1970s. The Legacy project is full of emotional connections with the company’s history, and was designed to be a space where families can create memories at each stage of life, passed down from generation to generation.
Designed to combine several amenities, Legacy brings an even more innovative development to Salvador, with electric car and bike charging, droneport, delivery area and solar panels. In order to provide greater convenience for its future residents, the Legacy also features two independent and exclusive entrances, one through the Aquarius Residential Development at Rua Clara Nunes, and another through Alameda das Catabas, in Caminho das Árvores district.
In addition, it is located next to the main points of education, commerce, and healthcare in Salvador.
Legacy represents a significant milestone in the development and increase in property value of the area, also standing out for being the tallest tower in Salvador with 54 floors, visible from all angles in several parts of the city. Residents shall be able to disconnect from the world to experience that space, think high and at the same time enjoy the surroundings.
The development is connected with environmental issues, reinforcing the importance of more sustainable constructions by adopting techniques that allow for the conservation of resources such as water, electricity and sanitary effluents production from its construction to implementation. One of the actions that deserves to be highlighted is the adoption of technologies for water capture, treatment and reuse, installation of LED light timers in common areas and the use of solar energy. Legacy is another OR product to be a candidate for the Salvador’s gold level Green Property Tax (IPTU Verde) seal and pre-certified with the EDGE sustainability certification.
With construction to begin in the second semester of 2023, the project is expected to create approximately 1,200 direct jobs and over 2,500 indirect jobs related to materials, logistics and services. All updates about the construction progress and news about the development shall be available to residents through an exclusive application that can be downloaded from the Android and iOS app stores.
