Two thousand and nineteen, the year in which the Odebrecht Group celebrated its 75th anniversary, was marked by great challenges, but also by important achievements.
We have made considerable progress in implementing new policies, improving our governance and evolving in our commitment to ethics, integrity and transparency. At the same time, we had to be very resilient to face the difficulties and propose effective solutions for our financial restructuring.
In our businesses, the priority was to strengthen their performance. Throughout the year, we obtained achievements that were essential for the resumption of a new phase of growth for the Odebrecht Group.
