Accenture’s Diagnosis Delivery is a project first stage milestone
DATE: 09/19/2022
Accenture’s consulting delivered at the end of August an improvement diagnosis and proposals to the support organizational structures and the solutions network of Our Integrated Services (NSI – Nossos Serviços Integrados) of Novonor Group. This is an important part in the first stage of Integra project developed with broad participation from our personnel and within the deadline.
“The availability and contribution of everyone was essential for the consultants to understand our structure and present a feasible and coherent proposal with our continuous and progressive search for more efficiency and productivity”, says Daniel Villar, member of Novonor’s Board of Directors.
The work involved two complementary approaches: one proposal focused on the support organizational structure and the other on a new integrated services model, the Group’s new CSC, already renamed NSI.
According to Mauro Rubin, Accenture’s leader, the survey of the activities and processes combined with studies and market cases allows the identification of improvements: “we did a detailed quantitative mapping of the existing structures and functions and, with our experience and references already validated, we delivered the proposals for a new operating model”, he says.
The diagnosis is now being internally evaluated by the Business Leaders and Supporting Companies to define the next steps and implementation. “Each business and company will make its own assessment according to the business reality for a definitive strategy. The next stage will be the deployment, which should occur in phases over the next few months of this year and the beginning of 2023,” says Ricardo Vieira, responsible for conducting Integra.
