This Monday, Odebrecht TransPort concluded the sale of its 66.7% interest in Embraport, the company that manages a container terminal in the Port of Santos (São Paulo), to Dubai Ports World, its partner in the venture and one of the world’s largest maritime terminal operators. The proceeds will be used to strengthen the capital of the Business, which will continue with its strategic restructuring plan.
