Braskem launches selection process for interns

Braskem is now accepting applications for its vocational and university internship programs. The company is offering over 300 positions in diverse areas at its offices and units in the states of Alagoas, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo. Those interested should register at www.jovensbraskem.com.br by September 3.

The company seeks students who see in the internship an opportunity for learning and development, contributing to their personal and professional growth. “At Braskem, people are encouraged to make a difference and to trace their own path. In addition to the financial aid compatible with the market, the internship also offers transportation, meal vouchers, health plan and life insurance.

University Internship Program

Approximately 230 vacancies are available for students in the final two years of university, in diverse streams of Exact Sciences and Humanities such as Business Administration; Accounting; Economics; Foreign Trade; Social Communication (Journalism and Public Relations); Engineering; Logistics IT programs; Biology; Psychology; Chemistry; International Relations; and more.

Duration: up to two years.

Technical Internship Program

Approximately 90 positions are open. To be eligible, students must be at least in the second semester of the vocational program and must have completed 18 years by December 2018. The opportunities are available in the industrial operations in the ABC region, Cubatão and Paulínia (SP), Duque de Caxias (RJ), Triunfo (RS), Maceió (AL) and Camaçari (BA).

To apply, students must be pursuing any of the following: Management; Automation; Industrial Automation; Electrical Buildings; Electricals and electronics; Electromechanics; Electronics and Electrotechnology; Instrumentation; Maintenance; Mechanical Maintenance; Mechanics: Mechatronics; Metallurgy; Plastics; Chemistry; Industrial Chemistry; Robotics or Occupational Safety and Welding.

Duration: one year.
