  • EOBA 360o: program dedicated to keeping team members at Salvador offices well informed

    “Until now is the past, let’s move on to the future.”

    It was with this statement from Norberto Odebrecht and the feeling that “together we are stronger,” that the communication team at Odebrecht S.A. launched on April 19 the new internal communication program of the Odebrecht Salvador Office – EOBA 360o.

    In the presence of team members from the holding company, the Odebrecht Foundation, the Businesses and partners from the office, Marcelo Gentil, head of Communication at Odebrecht S.A. for the Northeast region, talked about the moment of transformation across the Group, showcasing the internal communication tools dedicated to this audience and which will be used in this new phase.

    “EOBA 360 has come to encourage the sharing of information and strengthening the sense of belonging of our team members and partners, through open and transparent dialogue on important subjects about our Group for this stakeholder group,” said Gentil.
