NSI (Nossos Serviços Integrados) is entering a new phase in its history as it resumes 100% of its operations and officially reassumes the name CSC Odebrecht – Shared Services Center. The transition, which began in December 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of March 2026, marks a strategic move that will bring greater efficiency, cost reduction, and strengthening of the organizational culture.

Activities that were previously outsourced to partner Accenture are gradually being brought in-house. In addition, a new process orchestration tool, Freshservice, is being implemented, which will be extended to other areas in the future and will provide real-time visibility and control, improving the user experience and better integrating operational flows.

For Mauricio Peres, Head of CSC, the transformation represents much more than a structural change.

“Internalization represents a strategic advance for the Group. We are strengthening internal competencies, accelerating decisions, and laying the foundations for a more innovative, efficient CSC that is prepared for future challenges,” he said.

The resumption of operations reinforces confidence in the Team, which now plays an even more strategic role in building corporate solutions. The revival of the CSC Odebrecht name symbolizes this new moment, aligned with the ongoing commitment to excellence and competitiveness.

With the operation fully internalized, CSC expands its capacity for innovation, gains agility, and ensures greater control over quality and integration between its areas of activity.

“Having people at the center of the operation allows us to develop talent, preserve critical knowledge, and reinforce Our Culture, which is one of the pillars of the Group’s success,” Mauricio pointed out.

The current stage of the project is marked by the arrival of new professionals, who participated in the first onboarding meetings in the first week of February. The expansion of the team reinforces the sustainable growth strategy and highlights the commitment to internal development as a driver of long-term results.

“We are building a future based on excellence, opportunities, and value delivery. This is a fundamental step in this journey,” concluded Mauricio.
