In recent days, the works on the Campo Grande Ring Road have advanced through decisive stages with the completion of the installation of 35 beams, totaling 8 spans, the concreting of the first slabs, and the start of construction on the Posse Roadway.

The installation of beams on spans 4 and 5 was a complex operation carried out over three days due to the proximity of Light’s high-voltage poles. This activity required rigorous planning, mobilization of two high-capacity telescopic cranes, special trailers, and a highly qualified team to ensure safety and precision. In spans 4 and 5 alone, 8 beams measuring approximately 29 meters each were installed. The activities were performed at night to minimize traffic impacts.

Interventions on Estrada da Posse for the start of the Posse Roadway works also demanded detailed planning and an integrated operation with public agencies, ensuring broad communication of the stages to maintain circulation without affecting the main traffic flow, preserving mobility for vehicles, pedestrians, and residents.

Additionally, strategic sections such as Rua Minas de Prata, the Luiz Bom Tunnel, and the Via Expressa Light have also been completed. These works are essential to connect Estrada da Caroba to Estrada da Posse and create a new mobility dynamic in the region.
With the completion of the Viaduct and the Posse Roadway, Campo Grande will gain new routes, improved traffic flow, reduced travel times, and greater safety and comfort for drivers and pedestrians.

This is one of the largest urban infrastructure projects in Brazil’s biggest neighborhood, marked by technical and logistical challenges that required innovation, coordination, and dedication.
