OEC Compliance launches campaign to promote dialogue

Dealing with conflicting or unethical situations in the work environment can happen to anyone. But what to do when it occurs?

To guide members on how to address such issues, the Odebrecht Engineering and Construction Compliance Team launched the Open Dialogue campaign around the world. The campaign reinforces the importance of all members being attentive to compliance issues and encourages an open dialogue.

The company understands that in business around the world there are many external challenges that must be faced, that must be understand, that must be addressed, in the right way” says Mike Munro, Chief Compliance Officer at Odebrecht Engineering and Construction.
