Novonor celebrates Our Culture Week with special program

During the week of October 21-25, Novonor Group companies promoted initiatives to celebrate Our Culture Week. Moments to broaden and deepen knowledge and reflection, opening up a space for exchange between members and reaffirming the importance of practicing the company’s values.
The various environments of OEC, OR, Nova Infra Invest and Enseada, including construction sites and offices in Brazil and abroad, the offices of Horiens and the Norberto Odebrecht Foundation were decorated with Our Values and phrases based on the teachings of founder Norberto Odebrecht. The members had the opportunity to talk and share experiences with the leadership at the “Coffee with the Leadership” and the Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS), strengthening relationships and communication, participate in commemorative lunches and special celebrations for the month’s birthdays, interact with the values in a playful way with the Our Culture Roulette, among other actions.
For the Group’s top leadership, the Our Culture Workshop was held with the aim of discussing the new form of expression and communication, promoting integration and synergy between people from the Group’s different companies, as well as reaffirming the group’s absolute commitment to practicing Our Culture.
“In this week of celebration, we reaffirm the importance of practicing our values and our way of being (attitudes and behaviors) that reinforce Our Culture, always keeping the teachings of our founder alive,” said Ludmila Lavigne, head of People at OEC and Novonor.
Our Culture Week was launched this year in continuity with the various initiatives on the subject. It will take place annually, always in October, the month of Norberto Odebrecht’s birth.
“Our Culture is the intangible thread that unites, guides and inspires every member of the Novonor Group, wherever they are in the world, and which guides our business activity. By practicing our values, such as trust in human beings, the spirit of service and planned delegation, each member maximizes their talents, which contributes to the Group’s growth and to the development of the communities where we operate and of society,” concludes Ludmila.
