Concessionaires appoint independent directors

We are pleased to inform you that the concessionaires H2Olmos and Trasvase Olmos have appointed Fernando Cilloniz Benavides and Carlos Paredes Lanatta as Independent Directors with the objective of consolidating the growth of both projects, as well as strengthening the management of ethics and integrity policies in their operations.

Fernando is a recognized businessman in the agricultural sector, former governor of Ica during the 2015-2018 period and president of the Anti-Corruption Private Council (CPA).

Carlos Paredes Lanatta was chairman of the board of Petroperu, chief of staff of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, consultant for multilateral organizations and director of private companies. As a partner of Interfelin Estudios y Consultoría, he advises different companies, projects and industries.
