OEC’s Director of People and Planning, Ludmila Lavigne, who has been with the Novonor group for almost 20 years, is the guest of the new episode of the podcast OEC Connection, which addresses innovation trends with a focus on the infrastructure sector. Ludmila shares her experience addressing the cultural transformations that occur in organizations and diversity as a fundamental value for the innovation process within a company.
Launched the week of International Women’s Day, the program also focuses on the evolution of women’s participation in the engineering sector. “We seek to create an environment for women to walk paths of reconciling their careers with personal aspects”, mentioned Ludmila, when commenting on some of the challenges encountered in the corporate day-to-day. The podcast is part of OEC IN ecosystem, an OEC initiative aimed at devising solutions to the challenges faced at the company’s construction sites and offices. It was structured based on four aspects: developing an internal culture focused on mobilizing and engaging in Innovation; connecting OEC to open innovation; offer technical support in processes of technological updating, knowledge management and digital transformation; and position the construction company as a protagonist that encourages and integrates innovation in its sector.
