Integrated to grow! Integrity, Internal Audit, ESG and People teams work for Novonor S.A. and OEC

Following on the process of increasing synergy and redesigning the support areas within the Integra Project, the Integrity, Internal Audit, ESG and People teams now work for Novonor S.A. and OEC.

Integrity

Rafael Mendes Gomes is responsible for the Integrity and Risk Management program and is connected to Novonor’s and OEC’s Board of Directors.

Internal Audit

Luciana Secaf Adde is head of Internal Audit, also connected to OEC’s Board of Directors.

ESG

Alexandre Baltar has taken on a challenge in the new area of the holding company and is responsible for ESG, linked directly to DP Novonor.

People 

Ludmila Lavigne takes over the leadership of the integrated People area, linked to LN OEC.
