OR delivers project RSVP in São Paulo

In September, OR delivered RSVP, its project in the Chácara Santo Antônio district of São Paulo city. The high-end project, which consists of 3 residential towers with apartments ranging from 189 to 250 sq.m., currently is undergoing certification to obtain the AQUA seal for its high environmental quality.
The project’s features complete leisure facilities. In addition to full integration with the shopping mall Praça São Paulo, the project has an official-size multisport court with acoustically treated ceiling, a 250-sq. m fitness room, rooms dedicated to pilates, spinning and martial arts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a 25-meter swimming lane, a squash court, a box for dry cleaning vehicles and many other unique features.
Marcia Solano, the project coordinator during the entire cycle of RSVP, reinforced the importance of team members: “The RSVP team proved extremely dedicated. We met a very challenging schedule and ended yet another OR project on a high note.”
