Marcelo Hofke, Tenenge’s Managing Director, gave an interview to the Perspectives 2022 Project, organized by Petronotícias. During the conversation, Hofke shared the path taken by the company this past year and the plans for the future, both for Tenenge and for the Industrial Engineering sector in Brazil.

As vaccination advances in 2021, many investments have been unlocked in the sector, which has guaranteed achievements for Tenenge. Besides the growth in the backlog, partnerships have also been closed in this last year making it possible for the company to be ahead in its carbon-neutral performance. According to Hofke, offering integrated solutions for the carbon neutral industry is not a passing fad, “it will be mandatory soon, and the industry that is not moving in this direction will start to have difficulties with funding and with society itself, which is clamoring for actions in this direction.

“The outlook for 2022 is a lot of work. For the energy sector related to gas, it is clear that private investors see Brazil as an open field for the development of structuring projects and there are, in fact, many opportunities here,” says Hofke.
