Emílio announces exit and changes in the Board of Directors of Odebrecht

In a speech given in the presence of 200 executives, Emílio Odebrecht announced today, at the annual meeting of Odebrecht in Salvador, that he will be stepping down from his role as chairman of the board of Odebrecht SA in April 2018.
